Letter from Secretary of Treasury to Collector of Customs in New York, with instructions to send his deputy in charge of warehousing in N.Y. to the Canadian frontier ports. Instructs deputy to check on outstanding bonds, go over new warehousing regulations with officials, and to examine other important ports on his return.
